Kemps salutes local family farmers.
Member of the farmer-owned cooperative that owns Kemps, Will Sampson never grew up on a dairy farm. It never stopped him from pursuing his dream of working in the dairy industry. “I first started working on a dairy in high school and loved it,” Will says. “For the longest time, I thought I wanted to be a vet, but I quickly changed my mind once I entered school at Cornell University.”
“Entering this line of work was easy for me,” Will says. “I love working with cattle and being outside. Most of all, I enjoy knowing that my hard work is helping to produce a quality product. I take great pride in helping to put that gallon of milk in the hands of everyday consumers.”
