Chocolate Cake with Orange Ginger Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Coat Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil and beat on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake.
  5. Cool 20 minutes and remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar. To serve, mix together the sauce ingredients. Pour sauce onto plate and top with a wedge of cake.

Serves 16

Serving Suggestion: Orange ginger sauce is an excellent dressing for fruit, which may be served along with this cake.
