Protein Power Strawberry Smoothie
Power up the new year with this protein packed smoothie!
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 cup Kemps Milk
- 1/3 cup Kemps Cottage Cheese
- 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Blend all ingredients for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy!
