Simply Smart Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Kemps 1% Milk
- 2 cups Kemps Light Cream
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients for two minutes.
- Pour ingredients into electric ice cream maker and blend until thickened -- about 30 minutes or according to ice cream maker instructions.
- Add 1 cup chopped nuts, chocolate chips or crushed cookies during the last five minutes, if desired.
Makes approximately 4 cups (8 half-cup servings)
