Chiles ‘N Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kemps Cottage Cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chiles
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and chill.
  3. Serve with raw vegetables or low fat snack chips.
