  • 4 four-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup Kemps Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika Pan spray
  • 2 Tbsp Kemps Milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together the sour cream, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic. Reserve 1/2 cup of this blend for the dressing. Use the remaining blend in the chicken preparation. Do not mix the two together.
  4. Coat the chicken in the sour cream blend, and then carefully dip in the bread crumbs to coat.
  5. Spray a baking pan with pan spray and set the chicken on top. Lightly spray the top of the chicken with pan spray. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake approximately 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
  7. Whisk 2 Tbsp of milk into the reserved sour cream blend to make the garlic dressing.
  8. Serve chicken with dollop of dressing.
