Crusted Chicken with Garlic Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 four-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Dressing
- 1 cup Kemps Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika Pan spray
- 2 Tbsp Kemps Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together the sour cream, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic. Reserve 1/2 cup of this blend for the dressing. Use the remaining blend in the chicken preparation. Do not mix the two together.
- Coat the chicken in the sour cream blend, and then carefully dip in the bread crumbs to coat.
- Spray a baking pan with pan spray and set the chicken on top. Lightly spray the top of the chicken with pan spray. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake approximately 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
- Whisk 2 Tbsp of milk into the reserved sour cream blend to make the garlic dressing.
- Serve chicken with dollop of dressing.
