Golden Egg Nog Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 5 very ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Kemps Golden EggNog
- 1 cup plus 2 tbls. oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Break bananas into small pieces and mix with eggs, Kemps Golden EggNog and oil.
- Sift together dry ingredients and add banana mixture. Blend until just incorporated.
- Pour mixture into greased 9 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 1 loaf

The recipe calls for 1 cup plus 2Tbls oil, this must be a typo. The bread is oily and does not rise. Even worse,the taste and texture. I would not recommend this recipe.
