Golden Egg Nog Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 14 Tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups plus
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup Kemps Golden EggNog
  • 2 cups plus
  • 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
  • 1 2/3 cups pastry or cake flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and mix until completely mixed.
  2. Add Kemps Golden EggNog and pumpkin and blend completely.
  3. Add dry ingredients all at once and blend until just mixed.
  4. Pour into two 9-inch greased loaf pans and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 2 loaves (18-20 servings)
