Mango and Lime Mojo
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mango, peeled
- 1 cup Kemps Low Fat Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp minced jalapeno pepper
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Serves 8
Note: Add 2 Tbls of chopped mango to the finished sauce for increased texture and contrast. May also be used as a dressing for salad, and as a topping for grilled chicken and fish.
