Simply Smart Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup Kemps 1% Milk
• 2 cups Kemps Light Cream
• 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients for two minutes.
2. Pour ingredients into electric ice cream maker and blend until thickened -- about 30 minutes or according to ice cream maker instructions.
3. Add 1 cup chopped nuts, chocolate chips or crushed cookies during the last five minutes, if desired.

Makes approximately 4 cups (8 half-cup servings)
