Sour Cream and Cucumber Mint Dressing

  • 1 cup Kemps Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup peeled and seeded cucumber, chopped fine.
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh mint
  • 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (or substitute balsamic vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



Whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes 12 Servings

Serving Suggestion: excellent on a mixed green salad or vegetable salad. May also be used as a vegetable dip.

Per Serving: 35 calories; 2 grams fat; 23 milligrams sodium; 52 milligrams calcium
