Vanilla Whipped Cream



1 cup Kemps Select Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons granulated or powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Chill medium bowl and beaters in refrigerator 15-20 minutes.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat Kemps Select whipping cream, sugar and vanilla on low speed until mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Increase to high speed and beat just until soft peaks form.
