Chocolate Milk Pancakes


Ingredients: Serves 4 people

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Kemps Select Chocolate Milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  •  

    Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Kemps chocolate milk and eggs. Use a whisk if available.
  • Slowly add the liquid ingredients into the mixed bowl of flour until lumpy and wet. Then stir in the chocolate chips
  • On medium heat, pour 1/2 cup batter onto skillet and cook until bubbly. Each pancake should take about 2 minutes on each side.Top with berries and whip cream.
